White House Topic: Havana Syndrome
In 2021, President Joe Biden issued a special request for US intelligence and military agencies to explore what was causing the mysterious Havana syndrome harm to US diplomats and intelligence operatives abroad, and which was apparently starting to occur in areas of Washington DC. We were able to provide early and immediate findings to the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and to the CIA Labs working on the project.
