New technologies not used or deployed responsibly often pose even greater risks to our fragile human and environmental ecosystems than doing without. And it is no secret that humans worldwide would generally earn an 'F' on responsiblity and compassion in innovation and technology.  And that our fellow creatures worldwide, and humans in lesser developed nations, bear the brunt of this irresponsibility and thirst for profit and innovation.
