Finding Russian targets before they are sanctioned

The global network of economic and supply chain sanctions is so unwieldy and complex, that it is easier to simply focus on interrupting Russian military and banking operations, whether the persons and entities involved are already formally named as sanctions targets, or not. This has led us to  identify several new Russian entities or networks long before US DOJ or OFAC name them, such as:


  • AO IZUMRUD, NPP IZUMRUD ('EMERALD'): Russian Naval Weapons and Shipbuilding network with hubs in the US; Tallinn, ES; Russia, and Crimea
