Public corruption and sanctions or treaty violations - even treason and FISA violations - go hand-in-hand in most nations. We provide intelligence, analysis, and policy development for military and financial sanctions and supply chains.   In the past 10 months, we have elevated:

• Over 500 Russian-registered companies trading or affiliated with US entities; over 81 named persons on UK and global lists trading with US  persons and entities; and a key, Russian-owned import-export hub in Tallinn, Estonia with estimated annual trade of $8 billion per product line.

• The first US persons affiliated with Russian War Crime murders.   

• US evasion network persons in the Capital Region (MD-DC-VA) who shared business affiliation with murdered Putin critic, Dan Rapoport, DC.

• DC Superior Court Judge Laura Cordero, for multiple federal perjuries, filing of false report, failure to recuse, and felony judicial misconduct; and her presiding Judge, Eric Christian, for subornation of perjury and judicial misconduct, and US18 s. 241-242: conspiracy to violate rights.

Restitution

This company has asked for $250,000 in restitution from a Washington-area Russian evasion network, of the US Attorney-District of Columbia.  And consequential and punative damages - projected at  several hundred million per EU precedent - to go to the Ukraine. 

The US must protect and encourage targeted US defense and intelligence persons or entities working against Russian, China, and sanctions violators who endure significant risk, hardship, or threat as a result. 

War Crimes

UA Mayor Olga Suhenko, her husband and son were tortured and executed and thrown into a mass grave last March. The UN recorded her as War Crime #89.

Olga was also the director of  a  wholesale fuel supplier near Kyiv, and traded with the same Tallinn, Estonia shipping hub that a company called NABAS Technology in Gaithersburg, MD is affiliated with - through a web of Russian-owned companies stretching from MD to FL and across the US. Nabas also shared a St Petersburg, FL business agent with DC investment banker Daniel Rapoport, who was found dead last summer after an unexplained fall - ruled not suicide - from a luxury Georgetown rooftop bar. 10 stories. He was a strong Putin critic.

Nabas has opened a multi-million-dollar water & chemical plant in South Carolina, and is affiliated through Miami with South American and US  munitions and arms manufacturers. The Russian-made water purification product line it sells was questioned by the EPA, and we have elevated it to EPA and FDA inspectors as a potentially deadly product.

Why would a small Montgomery County business reach out to St Petersburg FL for an RA? Why did Daniel use that RA office, and not pick another NY firm? Dan's only Florida nexus was Boca Raton and Singer Island. Nabas seems to be the only affiliate of the Miami principle supporting Nabas - a Brazilian -US multi-millionnaire linked to US-prosecuted,  South American financial moguls - to use Dan's Russian agent, and not Miami offices.

It was founded in 1957 by Andrónico Luksic, the investment banker who bought Daniel Rapoport's Kalorama DC mansion and leased it to Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.  

Chile, Brazil, Columbia, and Mexico are strong supply chain supporters of the Russian military and Russian banking economy.
