The South American Connection to Russian War Crimes, through Washington, DC

In summer 2022, US investor and multi-millionnaire Daniel Rapoport was found dead outside his Georgetown apartment. DC MPD said he had 'fallen' from the roof. Coincidentally, Daniel;s pre-divorce, Kalorama DC mansion had been sold to  Andronico Luksic Craig, a billionnaire Chilean banking and mining magnate with strong financial ties to Russia. Craig had formed a special holding company just to lease his home to Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner (Tracy DC Real Estate). The lease drew criticism because of Jared's Oval Office work and Craig's questionable business dealings and holdings, including close Russian government partnership.  One of his companies, the Luksic Group, had strong financial interest in Minnesota mining legislation before President Trump.

Almost every business Craig - and the other handful of super-rich South American entrepreneurs supported by the US and EU - leads or is involved in, supports the Russian Government either directly or indirectly, through supply of raw materials, military components, banking, energy, communications, or development (real estate) holdings.
