If you're up for the challenge of truly tranformational technology and thinking, we are ready to help you reimagine and reinvent work, the workplace, and how AI and other changes will shape your workforce of the future. We help leaders and team reinvent, regroup, and reach out to leverage synchronicities of scale and thought in other companies or agencies worldwide.
Rule #1: You never 'do' just 1 thing. You are never selling just 1 thing.
You are selling the dream behind the buyer's purchase. The imagination of what your product will create.
The transformative value that sets you apart is only manifest when you create for buyers a 'whole package' much greater than the sum of the part(s) they are purchasing. They don't want to buy just a cell phone or car or lease just an apartment or townhome, they want to buy from a company with similar values, ethics, and a reputation they are proud or; and they want that reputation and product to create an envisioned reality.
A great example is the national apartment chain, Bozzuto, out of Greenbelt, MD. A mid-tier 'luxury' apartment and townhome chain that specializes in creating magical 'communities.' Buyers shop for the community persona they want: industrial/high tech/SEC; artsy/museum/ State Dept; super athletic with 3,500 ft gym and olympic size saltwater pool; etc. Every Bozzuto hosts free monthly events like bourbon or wine tastings, film festivals, outdoor concerts on the lawn with hundreds to thousands and local celebreties attending, and offer free yoga and pilates classes. Indoor common areas are always full and free lattee and coffee service encourages comraderie. There are playgrounds and activities for children; and zip cars, scooters, free shuttles to metro stations and events. They are the go-to properties for (low to average income) government and professional tenants especially, with smoking and pot prohibited. You will never be lonely or isolated at a Bozzuto property.
And post-pandemic, in large, impersonal urban areas, that's what Bozzuto sells: community and a sense of belonging. It knows and serves its market very, very well. Other properties just sell housing. So who has the better value propositon?
