Operational Omission

Russia's Tochka-U short-range missiles, fighter jets, and naval ships all used US GPS to attack Ukraine civilians.

Why was this allowed?

Could the US have stopped Russia's invasion of the Ukraine by blocking Putin's access to GPS - from the satellite source?

Absolutely.

The DC Strategic Group specializes in complex public and private sector litigation, intelligence and technology advisory for both high stakes trials (DOJ, OFAC); and US Military / NATO or Corporate Risk mitigation. Our Ukraine work has supported US and NATO military intervention by flagging Tallinn, Estonia   import-export hubs owned by Russia;  tracking terrorist and evasion networks and named persons operating or trading inside the US and NATO; identifying  Russian banking activities using South American and US financiers;  and being the earliest, strongest advocates for technology solutions to impair Russia's use of US GPS navigational signal and drone technology.

Supporting US Executive Orders for GPS/ PNT

A Nobel Prize nominee, Ms Carpenter's work has been reviewed and approved as sound or 'viable,' by large US space primes, and large DC think tanks including the Brookings Institution and Carnegie Foundation's London Defense unit.  There is every reason to believe her unique, source-driven, new engineering paradigm for US and NATO strategic air and missile defense will work. And will be a significant improvement upon existing interceptor-based response. And especially, upon glide phase response.

Had our work been fully funded and operational, the Ukraine would still be intact and all of those lives protected.
